Kegiatan perjusa ini dilaksanakan atas dasar kerjasama dan sinergisitas dengan sesama Ortom Muhammadiyah , SMK Muhammadiyah 5 kepanjen (Malvocs ) sebagai kakak pembina dalam kegiatan Hizbul Wathan di SD Muhammadiyah 01 Kepanjen
kegiatan PerJusa ini diikuti oleh siswa siswi kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Sebanyak 5 regu Putra dan 5 regu Putri dengan antusias dan interest menyemarakan Perjusa pertama setelah Covid 19 melanda Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan upacara pembukaan, jelajah, materi kepanduan, Fun game dan puncak acara adalah giat malam yaitu api unggun. Api unggun adalah giat yang sangat ditunggu peserta Perjusa, karena dalam giat ini,.disamping memantik api semangat anak2 dalam persatuan dan silahturahmi antar teman, tetapi juga sebagai ajang tampilan terbaik dari setiap regunya. Ada yang menampilkan kreasi seni tapak suci, pantomim, menyanyi, bercerita, dan stand up comedy. Hal ini menjadi luar biasa karena anak2 bisa menampilkan bakat seni yang luar bias dan berinovasi serta cakap dalam berliterasi
kegiatan yang tak kalah menariknya adalah muhasabah renungan.malam
seluruh peserta perjusa menjadi hening dan meresapi kata-kata yang disampaikan oleh Bu Ely Masruroh S.Ag. selaku guru Kemuhamadiyahan, beliau menyampaikan kepada peserta perjusa untuk menghormati orang tua, khususnya peran seorang ibu yang harus dihormati, disayangi dan dipatuhi. mengevaluasi diri sendiri, mengingat dosa yang pernah dilakukan, mau merubah diri menjadi lebih baik lagi
setelah mengikuti kegiatan Perjusa. Kegiatan dilanjutkan setelah rehat malam dengan sholat malam, shalat subuh berjamaah, senam bersama. Kegiatan berakhir dengan upacara penutupan( sayonara) serta masing2 anak memberikan testimoni.atau cerita baik untuk kegiatan ini. Para wali murid berharap kegiatan ini bisa diprogramkan menjadi kegiatan rutin setiap semester. Selain melatih anak2 mandiri, cinta tanah air serta menjalin persatuan dan silahturahmi yang luar biasa.
