Di ajang Lomba Senam Kreasi Cuci Tangan Tingkat SD se Malang Raya, yang digelar dalam rangka Milad RSI Malang ke-36 belum lama ini, tim UKS SD MAPAN berhasil menjuarai lomba di peringkat 3.
Koordinator UKS SD Mapan, Yopvi mengungkapkan, proses pembuatan video lomba yang diikuti tim UKS dilakukan di lingkungan SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau. Dengan semangat, video diambil di tempat-tempat khusus, sebagai lokasi pengambilan gambar saat melakukan senam cuci tangan.
Menurutnya, selain untuk even lomba, cuci tangan ini juga sebagai kegiatan character building, dalam membiasakan hidup sehat.
“Membiasakan hidup sehat, dimulai dari cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Melakukan gerakan cuci tangan yang benar, juga akan memberi pengaruh pada pola hidup sehat yang dijalani oleh seluruh siswa SD Mapan,” terang Yopvi.
Tim UKS yang jadi peserta lomba tersebut, adalah Nayla Renata Qisthy Suki, Mazea Haura Shabira, Anandhita Gita Novitasari, Arden Pamela Desta Dinata, Divalda Adeharis dan Dhiya Alayya Azizah. Semua merupakan siswa-siswi kelas VI.
“Waktu berlatih setiap hari pada jam ekstrakurikuler selama sepekan. Dan, kerja keras yang mereka lakukan telah membuahkan hasil, sebagai Juara ke III, tingkat SD se Malang Raya,” kata Yopvi bangga.
Sementara itu, guru olahraga SD MAPAN, Firul Arinda mengatakan, antusias enam anakn didiknya juga begitu terlihat, dala memperagakan senam cuci tangan. Ini juga dilakukan khusus saat kegiatan sekolah setiap hari Jum’at.
“Pembiasaan cuci tangan sangat penting, sebelum melakukan aktivitas dan setelah beraktivitas, untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan,” tandasnya.
Dikatakan, yang terpenting dari penampilan mereka ini, adalah melatih kepercayaan diri pada ajang lomba.
Melalui video yang telah dibuat, harapannya juga mengajarkan anak-anak agar mampu sebagai model contoh, bagaimana mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar, bagi seluruh warga di sekolah maupun masyarakat sekitar
Dari prestasi ini, menjadikan Tim UKS SD MAPAN, akan terus mengembangkan dan berinovasi dalam kegiatan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dalam berprilaku hidup sehat.
