MALANG – Suksesi kepemimpinan di Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah bidang pendidikan di langsungkan untuk 5 (lima) lembaga SD dan SMP. Majelis Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Malang, melantik lima kepala sekolah baru bersamaan, yang dilangsungkan di SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Turen, Selasa (7/11/2023).
Kepala Sekolah yang dilantik tersebut adalah Miftahul Napik, SE (Kepala SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Turen), Wiwik Yuliati, S.Pd (Kepala Sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Singosari), Wahisuni, S.Pd (Kepala Sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Tajinan), Maskurniawati, S.Pd (Kepala SD Muhammadiyah 8 Dau), dan Effy Hidayati, S.Pd (Kepala SD Muhammadiyah 7 Wajak).
Pembacaan Alqur’an surah Al-Mujaddalah Ayat 11 menjadi rangkaian pembukaan sebelum prosesi pelantikan empat kepala sekolah ini.
Ketua Majelis Dikdasmen dan PNF PDM Kabupaten Malang Dr. H. Agus Tinus, MPd mengungkapkan, selain portofolio kinerja dan kapasitas yang dimiliki, para kepala sekolah Muhammadiyah juga harus menjalani tes wawancara dan psikologi sebelum ditetapkan dan diangkat.
Menurut Agus, ayat pada surah ini selalu dibacakan setiap acara di lingkungan pendidikan Muhammadiyah, karena ada pesan makna penguasaan ilmu yang terkandung di dalamnya.
“Penguasaan ilmu dan pendidikan di sekolah Muhammadiyah harus bisa menseimbangkan pengetahuan umum dan agama, yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ke-Islam-an dan ke-Muhammadiyah-an,” terangnya.
Banyak pesan dan motivasi yang disampaikan khusus kepada para kepala SD/SMP Muhammadiyah yang dilantik tersebut. Terlebih, terkait tantangan dan kerja keras menjadikan sekolah yang dipimpin menjadi lebih maju dan unggul.
Yang paling penting, kata Agus, bahwa dalam mengelola sekolah-sekolah Muhammadiyah harus bisa mewarisi perjuangan tokoh-tokoh pahlawan, karena Muhammadiyah juga terlahir dari para tokoh besar bangsa.
“Jadi, tidak boleh lantas mudah patah arang, dalam membesarkan dan memajukan sekolah Muhammadiyah. Memang semua butuh proses,” tandasnya.
Agus Tinus juga menekankan, untuk berpegang pada pesan KH Ahmad Dahlan, bahwa memimpin sekolah Muhammadiyah harus bisa amanah dan menjaga, karena menjadi bagian amal usaha untuk dakwah amar ma’ruf nahi munkar.
Pelantikan kepala sekolah ini juga dihadiri Wakil Ketua PDM Kabupaten Malang Bidang Pendidikan, Dr. H. Mursidi, MM.
Dalam amanah sambutannya, Mursidi mengingatkan bahwa, menjadi kepala sekolah bukan berarti berada di zona nyaman.
“Menjadi kepala sekolah harus berani ambil resiko, tidak lantas berada di zona nyaman. Tetap harus melakukan terobosan dan inovasi, berpikir strategis ke depan, sekolah yang dipimpinnya ini mau jadi seperti apa,” pesan Mursidi. (*)
