Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 3 hari, dimulai hari Jumat – Ahad, 30 Agustus – 01 September 2024 di SMP SMA Muhammadiyah Sumberpucung. Dalam pembukaan acara pelatihan fasilitator dan pendampingan 1 ini dihadiri oleh Ayahanda PDM, PCM, Ibunda PCA dan juga Kepala sekolah dari perguruan Muhammadiyah di Sumberpucung selaku tuan rumah.
“Pimpinan Wilayah Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (PW IPM) Jawa Timur terus menunjukkan komitmennya sebagai aktor utama dalam proses perkaderan. Salah satu langkah strategis yang diambil adalah mengaktifkan lembaga fasilitator di Pimpinan Kabupaten Malang. Langkah ini merupakan bagian dari program utama bidang perkaderan IPM Jawa Timur, yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat proses kaderisasi baik di Kabupaten Malang maupun di wilayah Jawa Timur secara keseluruhan”. Aktivasi lembaga fasilitator ini diharapkan mampu membawa dampak positif yang signifikan dalam perkembangan dan penguatan kader IPM di berbagai daerah. Dengan adanya fasilitator yang kompeten, proses kaderisasi diharapkan berjalan lebih efektif, terstruktur, dan mampu melahirkan kader-kader yang berintegritas tinggi dan berwawasan luas. Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Prof. Wahyudi selaku Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Malang memberikan pesan inspiratif kepada para kader dan fasilitator.
Beliau menekankan pentingnya peran generasi muda dalam menciptakan perubahan dan menjadi pemimpin masa depan yang visioner. “Rasulullah di usia 12 tahun sudah menjadi eksportir, dan Muhammad Al-Fatih mampu menjadi raja di usia muda. Rasulullah menyelesaikan berbagai masalah sosial dalam waktu 17 tahun. Anak Muhammadiyah harus bisa menunjukkan perbedaan; menjadi hebat berarti memiliki keunikan yang menonjol,” ujar Prof. Wahyudi.
Lebih lanjut, beliau juga mengingatkan nilai-nilai dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang kader Muhammadiyah, yaitu sidiq, amanah, fathonah, dan tablig. “Jadilah diri sendiri yang tak ternilai.
